I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Lethbridge.
I have experience working with youth and young adults as a teacher and university student counsellor before transitioning into private practice. It is most important that my clients feel respected, understood, and safe to share. The foundation of my practice is creating a caring, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to achieve their goals. We will work together to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, identify inner strengths, and experience personal growth.
My approach to counselling is focused on creating a collaborative and supportive relationship with clients. I incorporate techniques from various therapeutic models and prioritize feedback from clients to find the approach that works for them. My fee for counselling is $200 per hour, with sliding scale options available.
