I have a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and am currently a PhD student at the University of Alberta, with a deep commitment to providing inclusive, affirming, and culturally-responsive care. As a Registered Provisional Psychologist, I provide services at a sliding scale and am supervised by a Registered Psychologist. I specialize in supporting BIPOC individuals—including immigrant communities—through the unique experiences of racialization, identity development, and navigating intersecting systems of oppression. I also work closely with LGBTQ+ clients as they process experiences related to homophobia, transphobia, and identity exploration in affirming ways.

I have worked at both a community clinic and a cancer outpatient center. As such, I have experience working with academic and work-related concerns and psycho-oncology, helping individuals cope with life transitions, ever changing family dynamics, serious illness, and grief.

My therapeutic approach balances collaboration and compassion with authenticity and straight- forwardness. Whether you’re navigating identity, managing stress, or requiring pain management skills, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you feel seen and heard. As a member of multiple minoritized communities, I take pride in being and bringing my authentic self to the therapy room and I would be honoured to support you in your journey. My current fees are $200 per 50-minute session.
